You got an induction kit always a nice upgrade to go with a dump valve? I wouldn't say you have to look out for much, you getting a recirculating dv or vent to atmosphere, seems so long ago i fitted a dump valve to my charge cooler? I'm going to be getting an ngr type s dump valve, they sound pretty awesome.

Around the bottom pipe? Rotate the spring clip a bit and see that helps but watch out cause these can leak if not clipped back in their original position. Yeh theres a few rads out there for our car, shouldn;t have a problem getting one, you using water or coolant in your system?

I'm using a koyo on my ST205WRC and have to say i'm very impressed with the results it gives. Koyo would be a better radiator than the ASI but the ASI is a big improvement on the standard OEM part.
