hi all hope you can help . ive got a t180 2005 which has the traction control . unless im mistaken the idea of this is to stop the wheels from spining but a couple of times now ive noticed when on wet roads. that instead of not spinning the wheels seem to jump around asif trying to get grip any ideas plz ;)

Traction control will cut throttle power when it detects slipping/spinning wheels. If the slipping is intermittent i.e. the wheels get some grip then the system lets the power back on, until the next spin is detected.

If the car is on a very slippery surface the traction control will allow no power to the wheels which is why you have an off button for the system. With the traction control off you have control over the throttle not the TRC.
