How To Get A Wire From The Engine Bay To The Car Interior

I have a gen 7 celica and am trying to wire an amp to my stereo. i dont have a problem wiring it all up its just i need to run a wire from the stereo to the Battery and cant find a space to put the wire through. in a couple of my previous cars there has been a bung in the passenger footwell, wondering if theres anything like that that im missing.

there should be a hole already in the firewall, trackdown the harness to the firewall and see where it ends up too, if not then there should be a rubber circle you can pierce a hole through.
