Damp/possible Leak In Car

I posted last week about the seem(sp?) wripping on my back seat. Well the actual seat is visibly damp and feels cold and damp to the touch. I just happened to lift the carpet in the boot the other day to take out a piece of board i put in there to use incase I ever had a flat so I could lean on it, and it was absolutely soaking. Is there somehow a leak in the boot that has caused this? I ideally want it fixed for free under warranty if the damaged seat is due to a leak.

Ive had the car like 15 months now though and it only seems to have happened in the last month. So a seal must be gone somewhere?
