Celica Gen7 Starting Problems

Howdy, howdy, howdy.

Right, when my celica has been standing (lets say ive got up in the morning done what i describe below drive to work now im going home 10 hours later), or its first start of the morning, it dont like to start. It will start with some fettling from the 'go' pedal but wont fire if its just left to run on the starter.

Ive had the Battery checked and thats got more CCA than the batteries they tried to sell me, so its not that. I suspect its a sensor somewhere that tell the ECU to choke the inlet at start and give it some gogo juice which is faulty so therefore i have to do it manually with the right foot.

it starts first blip of the key when its warm, perfect every time. Its just the cold start it does'nt like.

Please help, really please.
