Townace - Anyone Changed Rear Seat Belts?

Hi Everyone

We currently have a 2.4 previa on an N plate, its loking a bit tatty now and has a lovely squealing coming from the steering and still in need of having a handbrake cable fitted!

I have seen a townace on a certain auction site and am tempted as its in much better condition than our previa, but it only has lap belts, has anyone had diagonal seat belts fitted, or have you not found the lap belts an issue? We have 6 kids ranging from 8 months to 14 years - and I worry about the smaller ones not being in proper car seats.

I am in Bournemouth and don't really know where to start looking to have them fitted...... the other thing does anyone have an 8 seater they want to sell locally?

Also any reliable preferably local mechanic who doesn't charge the earth??
