Fitting New Clocks

:help: I have had a new set of clocks fitted in my Toyota Celica, the speedo was reading in Kilometers after being fitted by Toyota as this is an imported car, we took the old PCB from the old clocks with the chip in to make it read in MPH, fit this back into the car, now the trip & milometer work but the speedo does not - the needle is not moving at all. We have checked that the needle is connected properly and still no joy. Maybe this is a problem with the chip...????
