Well i had enough now, i dont think there is anything else i can change to sort the prob. it starts fine then when warm or maybe to the point that the engine goes leaner after startup, whatever controls that is not, then i restart and it idles uneven, then will be ok, then starts again, i just cant put my finger on it, so if anyone in the uk fancies a carina estate 2l gli auto 1993, name your price. My car had the same prob it turned out to be a split pipe underneath the engine hard job to do but worth it. Its the Lambda sensor that you wanna worry about with the emission crap if it goes wrong it can damage the cat and the sensor is £130 up and the cat starts at £200
