Got sent this as a joke but looking at it I'm afraid it is nearer the truth

I've sure gotten old! I've had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement,

New knees, fought prostate cancer and diabetes

I'm half blind,

Can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine,

Take 40 different medications that

Make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts.

Have bouts with dementia .

Have poor circulation;

Hardly feel my hands and feet anymore.

Can't remember if I'm 89 or 98.

Have lost all my friends. But, thank God,

I still have my driver's licence

I had to get a Cert filled out by my Doc, because of Diabetes. It went "missing" in their Office for 3 weeks & I was starting to panic coz there was a time limit on returning it. All was well in the end, at least until I get my renewal premium.

It isn't supposed to make a difference, but I am not a pessimist- just a realist
