Dual Halo Headlights On 2003 Rav4

I have a 2003 RAV4 and would like change headlights to something like this :

Those are for 06 - 08 models. I've searched and couldnt find anything for my year. Any suggestions ?

I fitted these ( http://www.hids4u.co.uk/h1-35w-pro-plus-hi...rsion-pr-1.html ) to my 4.3RAV and they are VERY effective. No heat, no glare, super sharp cut off. Slightly illegal according to Government website but easy to reconnect the existing bulbs for the MOT test. Far be it from me to encourage anybody to break the law - but they are excellent.

Not really what I'm looking for.

I think I need to buy a complete unit to replace the stock ones. But it seems no one makes these.

This might be a stupid question ..but would it be possible to mod it? Lets say I buy the units for the 06-08 model, and try to fit my stock headlight housing with the guts from the new ones.
