Toyota Inability To Mount New Tyres

Hi there

I was waiting all the last week once dealership has apointed last Saturday for me. Ok i arrived by specified time, explaining all new winter tyres are stored in rav as bagged. Then i was waiting for 4 (!!!) hours just to hear from them that we (they) could not install first tyre on the rav's alloy due to their air compressor does not suit for instandard cases when new tyres are loosen on the disc and could not be expanded fastly. I was really disapointed (lost the time for nothing)and phoned to private garage where a good tools are available. This private guys have installed all tyres for 35 (!!!) minutes right today at cost much less.

I ve got many appologises from dealership, but I do not intend to use Toyota for tyres mounting anymore !!!

MAy be this will help to others.

I use a local supplier and he seems to use standard kit.
