Just reading about additional top end features on Toyota cars and wondering how they work in practice eg the ACC, Cruise control that senses when you are approaching too near another car and brakes to restore a safe distance, the lane control device that detects if wandering from white line occurs - not sure what it does then? and the system that detects that a crash is about to occur and pre-tensions the seat belts.

Not sure about that lot, but was slightly impressed when it rained and the windscreen wipers came on, but why didn't the windows wind down when my better half passed wind?

Although I swear I felt the seatbelts pretension :o
