Air In Fuel Line And Injector Rod

recently i removed my injector rod and sprayed it orange, i havent tried to start the engine yet as i am waiting for my new manifold and aircon removal belt to arrive. i was jus wondering how you remove the air out the fuel rail as the injectors will not draw through air will they?

It will be similar to running out of fuel. The system should be able to self-bleed itself although it may take a few attempts to start.:)
