Original 8 Speaker System V Original 6 Speaker System

I have a 1997 MR2 fitted with the original 6 speaker system. I see many subwoofers for sale from the earlier 8 speaker system. Is is worth me fitting these additional 2 Speakers ? Is the wiring already there ? If not how do I connect them ? :)

It's well documented that the speaker system on the Rev 5 are of better quality that earlier revisions.

I can't say whether the wiring is still there should you wish to fit some sub-woofers.

Thanx Gazza1286, was just a thought. My 1997 MR2 is a rev 4 so I presume your comments apply.
