Just booked my car in due to a fault , was told i need to pay £100 investigation charge to find out what the fault is , parts and labour is covered under the warranty.

what is the point of paying extra for an extended warranty if you have to pay anyway, might aswell not bother.

What fault?

was a brake light switch fault , so vsc brake and abs warnings flashed up on the display.

the dealer fixed it for free and washed my car in the end :P

Although i still have doubts about extending the warranty

I'm sure some of these bggrs just fish to see if they can get owners to cough up some extra cash and it makes you wonder how often they succeed.
