Hi guys,

Has anyone located a rattle that seems to settle down when the car gets warm coming from around the cup holder/arm rest region? Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and has had it cured.

Yes I get the same thing and have found that hitting it or opening and shuting it seems to help.

Do you mean the centre console top lid, by your left elbow ??

Thanks guys. I thought it was coming from somewhere around that area - has anyone cured it as it is driving me mad?

Hi the rattle I had I tracked down to the sun visor not in is clip but it sounded like it was coming from the dash its strange how the sound travels

I had a similar rattle and cured it by a single layer of electrical tape on the small flat surfaces on the underside of the arm rest at the front. This acts as a cushion between the arm rest and the two small lugs at the front of the box section when in the closed position.
