Just a quick introduction....

I'm Dave.

I took delivery of a new Prius TSpirit at the end of September 09. It's a company car - I couldn't resist the £100/month saving in tax compared with my Volvo V50!

In the past I've clocked up quite a lot of motorway miles (thanks to my job) but my current assignment involves a 100 mile round-trip to the office that takes in country lanes, A-roads, some dual carriageway and some crawling commuter traffic...... I guess on average, I end up doing 25,000 miles/year.

I'm interested in fuel economy on the Prius (not satisfied with saving on tax, I now want to make the most of better fuel consumption!)

Hi Dave - good to see another Prius user on the site. You do a lot more miles than I do so it will be interesting to see how things develop for you.
