i have recently purchased a Dec 07 T180 tourer, very pleased with the car but every now and then the dispaly on the sat nav shows the toyota emblem and the sound goes off, then when it re boots none of the controls work? is this common or do i have to go through the headache of trying to get a dealer to look at it.

Thanks

can't say that I've seen mine do that or seen similar mentioned here ....

think that I would investigate warranty replacement.

The satnav in my Camry froze once, I can't remember the exact fuse, but I took all the fuses out the engine bay in sequence, quite a large one until all power to the dash went off, after I put it back in a deep reboot took place, lots of random code shown on the screen until it had loaded up again, it's been fine since then, this happened about 2 years ago.
