Hi From A New Member

A big hello from welshviking (Colin) from Connahs Quay in Flintshire. I am just waiting to pick up my 57 reg Aygo blue 5 door with 17,800 miles on the clock. Managed to get it at a very good price as it had cat D damage to wing and front light which have both been replaced. Hopefully pick it up next week as at the moment i am carless apart from my wifes Picasso. My last 2 cars have been a 1994 Toyota Lucida (7 seater) and then a 2002 Peugeot 406 hdi executive so this will be a very small car compared with the 2 i have had in the last 3 years. Anyway will pop in more when i pick the car up and hopefully will make many new friends on this forum....Cheers Colin

Thanks for the welcome, still waiting for my cover note to arrive from Zurich insurance so i can take a trip down on the train to the West Midlands to pick it up as the car has been sorned, really looking forward to it as a small car will be a totally different experiance to me....Regards Colin

Waaaahhhhooooo :D Insurance certificate arrived today so 11am train and a 3 hour journey down to Walsall in the West Midlands and a very slow (M6 MADNESS) drive back in the Aygo, what can i say....Lovely drive, took a chance as i had not viewed the aygo, but spotless exterior and interior (infact just been valeted ready for me) also has genuine aygo mudflaps on it (bonus) and a glove box lid. Just bought a genuine set of Toyota 14" wheel trims from eBay for £22 ish as the seller had had his knicked 2 weeks ago and there was only a cheap set on it. The interior is bone dry and it has been sitting out in the heavy rain for the last 5 weeks so fingers crossed i may be lucky on this usual problem. Will take a very good look around it tomorrow but so far so good.....infact excellent....Colin
