Anyone Colour Coded Their Bumpers?

Got a few scrapes to corner of front and rear bumpers and sending my car in next week to have them smoothed out/painted.

Was contemplating getting the dark greay plastic bits and side rubbing strips colour coded silver to match rest of the car.

Any views/opinions from peeps who have already had this done or have contemplated doing it?

Pics would be nice.

Thanks.

Cheekster.

Ken (Sorted Avensis) has had his done..and its more work than you first think. Hence I'm yet to do mine! I had my bumpers colour coded when I had the dynamic kit fitted, and it was definately worth it. Make sure they use two-pack primer and flatten it before painting. That way you'll get a body type finish, because if they just prime and paint, you'll still see the dimples from the bumper showing through, and thats :censor:

The only thing is, I think that Sorted had the side rubbing strips removed to tidy up the lines on the side of the car.

Spot on there Stuart

Colour coded bumpers and the door strips removed, led side repeaters fitted as well.

Pretty good job I think the bloke did. Was a bit nervous as had never seen his work before.

P.S. Sorry for the size of the pic, should have really re-sized it down. :hokus-pokus:
