Battery Replacement

Does anyone know which size Battery I need for my Rav4 D4D (55) 4.2v

I think this cold snap is going to kill it

Have a look HERE you need to get a Heavy Duty one for the RAV4 D4D as they take some starting and an ordinary one will not do....

Mind you don't loose the plastic lugs when accessing the Battery location (right pain :censor: ) job takes about 20 minutes....

i recently got a 'halfords' own make 740amp one,'just' fits on Battery trayand with 3 year g/tee.

existing one was 550amps and died on me last month after 4 years service,new one kicks like a mule ! ! !

i heard somwhere to go for highest 'cold cranking amps' you can get. ;)

i wanted a 'bosch' one as quality better and had much more grunt for those cold morning starts....but terminals wrong way around..

new 'halfords' one cost £98 & £4 fitted,saved me getting my hands dirty

so i figure a cost of £100 over 4 years aint bad at all
