The Iq Test Drive Sold Me!

Hi all,

You may think me crazy but after only 9 months of ownership of my second Aygo version blue 09, in a moment of madness after haveing an iQ as a courtsy car while tha Aygo was haveing the TTE spoiler fitted, i decide after pick up, to order an iQ. Personal I have loved them from launch as i once did when the Aygo was first launched back in 2005. I have loved the minor improvements and face lift to the 09 Aygo and also enjoyed adding some personal touches but after a combined owernship of about 4years with my first Aygo + I was ready for a totally different model and for me the iQ was a natural progression. Anyways ill save that matter for the iQ section below i have posted some final pics of my Ex Aygo blue 09, theres only 4500 miles on the clock!! some lucky bugger will get a bargin of a unique Aygo thats in mint condition!! fancy a butchers you will find on the fore court of a toyo dealer in sheffield!!

Sad to see it go but kinda nice to know the iQ has the same engine so i got a piece of it with me haha

will keep upto date with any developments, who knows what Toyota will do with the Aygo brand a few years down the line??

Nice to see another Aygo with the Style Pack :) That TTE spoiler looks very nice - I have been tempted to get one for ours but the cost is not justifiable :(

I'm not convinced by the IQ, maybe if I could find one very well spec'd second hand in a couple of years, then that would tempt me :D Right now, the Aygo still 'does it' for us.

I'm surprised you are P/X'ing yours rather than selling it privately - surely it would shift without too much effort? But everyone has their own personal circumstances. So good on you for doing what you thin k is best for you.

Quite simple, just removed the center cover and sprayed a few layers of the Toyota Cayman Blue Paint and then some clear laquar. I did a post of this mod a while back if you do a search you should find it more pics on there. thanks for the comments loved the Aygo and now love my new iQ guess I really like Toyotas! Oh and the iQ is a very unique and stylish looking dishwasher.Thats about the only thing it doesn't do, wash dishes! lol hope you all get as much enjoyment outta Aygo that I have had!
