Aygo No More

Hi all,

Had a blue aygo for just over a year, loved it at first. 60+ mpg,,blue tooth cheap insurance ,but over time things got on my nerves....small boot... dificulty getting in and out of back seats with 3 doors...cheap radio....poor interior...badly built etc.....yes I know some of these things I knew when I first purchased it and actually attracted me to it. The wife said get a yaris as we have for the past 10 years.. The final straw was the swimming pool in the rear passenger footwell...was up to 1 inch deep last month.This was the second time in a year. Dealer very good and carried out toyoto modifications but to no avail.Decided to get yaris tr 2010 spec...got excellent deal on new one ..picking up new years eve...can't wait to have a proper car again.TOYOTO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR PRODUCING SUCH A PILE OF JUNK.

Had a bad experience with a Gen 7 Celica years ago and said more or less the same thing but like you stuck with a Toyota ;)

The Roadster has been the best motor I ever owned and we even got another Gen7 that turned out to be a great car, then an Aygo which was never any bother and now the IQ which has a couple of issues that I'm sure will be sorted.

So sad you was disappointed....I found my Aygo fab BUT the IQ2 is better! Onwards and upwards eh...btw luved the Yaris I had as courtesy car
