Could anyone tell me where I could get a full owners manual, like the one you'd get with the car new.

Since mine was a Cat-D without any handbooks or service history.

Hate to give you the obvious answer, but it'd be Toyota themselves or eBay.

Don't know if there is an electronic copy available tho' ...

I am in the same situation, as mine was also a Cat-D, Kingo gave me a price :- The handbook and service book are £23.29 but not sure if that includes delivery as i live only 1 mile away from Kingo's location and obviously i would pick them up.

I got a CD-ROM with my Aygo, containing some software that I couldn't use on my iMac

and a PDF of the entire manual, with handy links form the indexes to the pages...

But it's in Dutch, so won't be much help to you I'm afraid...
