2006 D4d Multiple Warning Lights

I've a 2006 4.3 which displayed Check warnings for Brakes, ABS, 4WD & Traction Control one after the other whilst I was parked up with the engine running. Temp was minus 2. I live in France & my dealer is baffled. There are no fault codes showing on the OBD tool but the lights continue to flash. The 4wd & traction appear to be disabled. I've now found this on web:

DIGITAL INSTRUMENT PANEL

· TSB #TSB-0047-09 -- TOYOTA: MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, VEHICLE NOT SHIFTING FROM PARK TO DRIVE, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES BECOMING INOPERATIVE AFTER VEHICLE HAS COLD SOAKED IN SUBFREEZING AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURES. *PE UPDAT(NHTSA ID #10028225, MAY 08 2009)

Has anyone knowledge of the content of this bulletin or a fix for the problem? Thanks in advance. :(

Part 3 - I've tried an identical relay but the lights are still on & as the air temp is now plus16 I guess that wasn't the problem. Thank you everyone & if anyone has alternative ideas they would be very welcome. Happy New Year.

Unfortunately I cant help, but I had the same issue on a number of occasions over the past week. The warning lights would all turn on, shortly after starting the engine, only for them to clear the next time I drove the vehicle.

Its never happened before, and the messages seemed to occur when the temperatures outside were at their coldest.

Anyone know what is causing this ?

Cheers

PS I also have a RAV4.3 2006 Model, and its a T180.
