Intermittent Windscreen Controls

Hi all

I will no doubt have to take the car in to my dealer but I'm not expecting any decent diagnostics as its an intermittent problem: basically the wiper controls don't work until the car warms up (windscreen wipers don't, front and rear washer jets do, rear wiper does... so it could be a stalk malfunction... or any of the electrics in between). I have to say that reading the forum it looks like I've moved from having reliable Alfa Romeos to something that is constantly breaking down ;-)

Anyone got any links to the electrical / wiring diagrams?, all helpful suggestions welcome!
