Blue L E D Lights ?

I have a corolla verso T180 2.2 '07, as usual I have a new toy so one has to play !!!!!. While playing,, I noticed two blue led lights on the A pillar (these can only be seen while in the back seat), I have looked through the handbooks/owners manual but to no avail, can anyone (pardon the pun) shine a light on what these are used for ???, thanks in advance.

I think you will find these are the receivers for the infra red remote controls for the rear DVD screens and/or the transmitter for the i/r headsets
