Tyre Pressures

Hi folks I know its probly bin asked before but couldnt find it in a search, what are the tyre pressures meant to be when you go fitting different sized wheels, for example my 195/45/15 tyres?

I know you guys will com through and save me time and effort cheers.

ooo and also does anybody recomend chaning the pressures in winter/summer?

I'm running 32 at front and 34 at rear currently on this size to try and quell understeer, but if you put 32-34 all round you should be fine.
