Hid Headlamps On A Sera

Today I had HID gas discharge headlamps fitted to my sera. Sera headlights are not that good in dip beam, and being plastic, can melt if you put higher wattage filament bulbs in.

The difference is truly amazing. The increase in light must be three-fold.

Recommended to any one - not just Sera owners.

I was thinking about doing that a while back ago to my seo, but when the price tag I quoted was around 2000AUD¡K I settled for a pair of Philips Diamond Vision bulbs instead, not as bright as hid, but still nice blue for 145AUD ƒº

I will try and take a picture - timed exposure, no flash of a before and after shot (I have another Sera here with ordinary headlights)

how much did it set u back andrew and whats the heat rating of these bulbs.

either 6500k or 7500k temperature.

The kit is about £ 450.

Given the choice between a set of fancy looking wheels or these - I'd go for these!
