hi folks

i hav'nt done it yet,but just thought i was ask on here....

would my rav happily....gently pull most stuck cars out of the snow? ,..i have newish A/T tyres fitted

i allways keep 2 x 10ft yellow tow ropes, with a few good shackles in the 'mesh' basket on my back door..just in case

if it would ,i imagine i just gently lift foot off clutch with just enough rev's to do the job...nothing more?

anchorman ,i would appreaciate your input here..if you would

rav seems so sure footed so far this winter

I once pulled a heavy car that had parked on a muddy grass verge + got stuck. but i was on the tarmac so my tyres had plenty of grip, I would have thought a 100+ horsepower Rav would have a better chance than 6 people trying to push it free.. In the case of the blonde nympho might be better to give her your comfort + support before towing her out.. :naughty:

I'm nominated car puller in the car park at work. I wouldn't suggest you pulled anything heaver than a loaded caravan but in the snow your tyres will break away long before you do any damage. You will be amazed at how good your car is at tugging stuck cars with relatively little effort - just take it easy and you will be fine
