According to the weather forecasters last summer was supposed to be a "Barbecue Summer" and this winter was going to be "Mild".........Yeah rrrright!

Get used to the cold, we've 30 more years of it.

Scientists have changed their minds & are now predicting 20 - 30 years of Global cooling.

They have based their predictions on the analysis of water temperatures in the Pacific & Atlantic. Since 2006 the extent of Arctic sea ice has increased by 26%

Prof. Mojib Latif of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change said "Winters like this will become much more likely. Summers will be cooler. For the time being global warming has paused & there may well be some cooling"

Had a half inch of snow overnight , its still snowing now although its very fine snowfall not quite sleet , but it is settling .

We had three inches of snow last night and it is still snowing, all be it lightly.

So bags of ice for tomorrow, still its all good practice ready for next years snowfalls
