Just out of interest, does anyone know where the 'flat blade' front Wiper Blades are available from, and if they fit the Aygo? I know a few people appear to have used them on the My107 blog, just a bit unsure of where I can get hold of them (apart from eBay!) ready for when I next need a new wiper blade. And does anyone know if they hold much of an advantage over the standard blades? Apologies if there is already a thread on this topic. Thanks :)

Hey, dude

Go to eBay.co.uk, and just type in "Aygo wiper". The 107, and is technically the same car,a dn they will fit. I got a flat balde wiper balde. Not only does it look neater than Toyota cheapy wiper. Since its been fitted, I dont notice any watery smear marks, or wiper blade judder like thew old wiper. The flat blade is more aero-dynamic.

I got mine from an automotive shop and I'm never going back to the standard junk...

The stock blade was drawing streka son the windshield within about 3 weeks of purchase

of the car, replaced it with a flatblade and problem solved! I DID replace the blade recently

since it was visibly wearing out, but I still got over 15 months of proper use out of it.

I've even had a modified flatblade on the rear, as it followed the top curve of the

rear glass better, especially as I went for one that's about 4" longer than stock...

But it's worn out now too and I can't get the one I have now to curve the way I want it to.

Time for some more modifications I think :D

www.wiperblades.co.uk is where I got a flat for the front and a longer blade for the rear

I have Aero blades on both of my cars and they are much better than the std ones.

Excellent, thanks guys. I'll keep all this in mind for when I change the wiper. Mine does sometimes tend to streak. I've driven cars with the flat blade wipers before and I definitely think the motion is a lot slicker. I'll also think about getting the longer rear wiper too. One question after looking at MD1's screenshot of the front wiper details, guessing I'm looking for a 26 inch wiper then? Thanks again :D

Right... sorry to bring back this old topic, but I ordered the flat-blade wiper from Wiperblades.co.uk, and it arrived today - impressed with their service. Looks really nice, but before I start pulling my current wiper apart, how do I actually remove it safely? I want to do it properly considering it's half-raining here - I don't want to be stuck with a broken wiper! :P And then I'll be able to attach my new wiper, which I must say looks like it might be easier than removing the current one.

Any tips would be appreciated :)

:) Cheers, a similar set of instructions came with the wiper... do I just reverse this process to get the current wiper off then? I'll give it a go tomorrow, gonna wash the car before I put the new wiper on me thinks :)

Thanks for those, though... they're clearer than the ones on the box :D
