Hello everyone!

I'm new on this forum (I newer knew that my lovely AYGO) have such e-Club.

I want to share with you my story and ask for help.

I've got 5 doors Aygo+ 2006 year of construction (Petrol) bought in France

I totally love my car and for 2 years I'm driving it I hadn't any troubles. but

Two weeks ago I had a crash. One man hit me in my left wheel then I hit another car and them hit the fence.

I wasn't damaged what i can't say about my car. Its left site was crashed.

As my car was bought abroad I have no warranty. I went to Toyota service and they said that they have no spare parts because they dont sell this kind of car. And gave me a bill with number of parts and total sum - 5 000 dollars. (I bought my car for 10 000 $)

And now I dont have so much money (I only got 2.500 $)

I know that there is a factory in Czech Republic but i dont have anyone there (I've got some friends in France and Poland)

And I think that maybe I could buy some spare parts myself and then the whole repair would cost less.

What do you think? Can anyone help me?

P.S. photos attached.

Have a look on eBay Poland a few front bumpers on there and may have other used parts to fix your AYGO.

Sorry to hear about your crash. You should also check German eBay as they have alot of Aygo parts for sale. You you should try to find someone who is breaking up an aygo and you could buy most/all parts together which would be cheaper than buying separately from different sellers.

Most items will be bolt on, so shouldn't be too difficult to fit the replacement parts yourself if you are mechanically minded. However, you need to be sure that there is no chassis damage and you will only see this after all the damaged parts are removed. Even then it may not be very visible, you need to check very carefully. The handling of the car could be affected by this damage so you need to have it properly checked.

Thanks everyone for replies.

I can say what I've already done:

1)checked Poland eBay (found some bumpers and spotlights, also crashed AYGO FOR 3000 euro)

2)checked chassis for damages on Toyota service. sims everything ok there.

3)today will look on German eBay.

What does it means "someone who is breaking up an aygo"? do you know where to find someone ?

Do you know some sealers which you trust in Europe which I could ask for parts?

Thank you again. Think after repairment I'll become a frequent visitor of this forum 'couse I hame many questions and thought I would like to share/

"Breaking up an Aygo" means they're disassembling one for parts, like if it had an accident like

yours, all parts on the righthand side and the back would still sell as perfectly good parts...

Don't know how it works where you live, but over here it's mandatory to be

insured for liability. Since someone else hit your car, THEY are responsible for

the damages and then THEIR insurance would have to pay for your repairs...

Good luck on getting your car repaired,
