I have a 99 Avensis .The remote locks and unlocks doors but the indicators dont flash .Most of the time it doesn't matter cos i can hear the car lock but if I'm in a noisy place I ve got to lock it manually to make sure. Any thoughts Cheers

If It's a Pre facelift model without the TVSS alarm which I think only came as standard on GLS & above, they do not flash. All Post Facelift ones do regardless of whether if has the alarm system or not.
