During my last service I was told I needed a new crank case pulley as the rubber on mine was starting to come away, but when phoneing a breaker who said he had one he asked what diameter mine was apparentley there are 3 different sizes my model is a 1999 Avensis cdx 2 litre, can anyone shed any light on this. Thanks.

In all honesty the only way to be sure you get an identical replacement is to measure the current pulley fitted as it's possible the scrapper may have the components sitting on the shelf and not matched to an exact engine type.:)
