Hey all, Gotta few questions about my AE82. I want to get up to spec for proper curcuit racing (only as a hobby, I'm not too fussed on winning races straight away) and would like some help with answering what I'm about to ask....

1984 AE82 Corolla GL 4 door hatch. EVERYTHING is untouched, factory spec for now...

1. How long would the 4A last under race conditions (4 laps round a 2.9km street curcuit, once a year) in its factory spec? I'm not going to do much to it for now untill I can get my hands on a set of disc and pads that dont fade as fast and nice new set of tyres.

2. How long would the 'box survive as well?

3. How complicated and costly is it to install a roll cage?

4. Will I have any complications with replacing the rear drums with discs?

5. Anyone know how to put in a manual over-ride switch for the radiator fan?
