sorry not used to the way you post on this site yet.

there is no link . i had got intouch with RRG STOCKPORT on an unrelated issue & they told me that there was a recall for reprogramming fifth injector due to sooting up

my car was first registered in november 2006 (ye56)

Hi Tom,

Thank you for clarification.

Mine is not D-CAT, it still manages "only" 116 bhp whilst yours should be at 125 bhp.

I am waiting for better weather and have decided to take the plunge and clean it myself. The only problem is that on 1CD-FTV the EGR valve is not at the most convenient place to work on. I will post pictures if I manage.

Had the wifes motor in for warranty work last year and had the EGR valve replaced and was told at the time it was due to a recall.
