Whats An Iq2?

I know this might sound a bit daft for a question to all you IQ boffins... "Whats an IQ2?" but to me its a bit confusing being new to these cars. I know theres an 1.0 ltre engine (the IQ) and a 1.33 ltre engine (the IQ3)

Can anyone shed any light here?

The IQ2 was an up spec IQ with some extra "bells and whistles" at approx £1000 more than the IQ

There was an iQ3 and an iQ4 on the priceliste from Michael Debono Ltd in MALTA last Monday.

Their pricelist has now deleted both grades, but the configurater is still showing the iQ3.

Malta is a very, very small market. Only 2.000 new cars (all brands together) in 2009!

So we can count every iQ #1 ..#2 .. #4 ....... ..#9.... on the island.

The IQ2 is same as the basic one + auto headlights turning on, smart entry ( just need key ion pocket and grab handle to open and finger on top of the handle to lock) , start stop button (reminds me of a 1960's mini nothing new there), electric heated folding mirrors, automatic climate control and auto rain sensing wipers, and nicer alloys....

I got a Parrot MK9200i in mine, don't bother with the satnav..... £1000 for what......or the Toyota bluetooth system @ £270 odd , the Parrot does ipod and bluetooth and is amazing sound for £300 .

Leather seats.... or partial ones should I say..... Why pay for that? So your ar*e will stick to the seat in the summer?

I must say I love mine and i like gadgets.....but I don't like notchy second gear and MPG only goes up to 60.....on the computer...

Then do something about it! (or better: let the dealer fix it!)

BTW your ar*e wont stick becoause the leather is not under it but on the sides......and why pay for it? the seats sit better and are heated.
