Hesitation When Idling

I'm still getting used to my Prius, so I'm not sure if this is normal behaviour or not. When I'm sitting at the traffic lights with the engine running, I get what feels like a misfire although I don't hear the engine hesitate or change. I particularly notice it when the engine is still warming up.

So is this part of the automatic creep system, or is it something I need to get checked out?

Ian has given the answer. The engine shuts off sitting at traffic lights.

No, it's not this because the engine is still running for the climate control. If I turn the cc off, the engine turns off.
