Firstly I'll say hi

First post and I already need some advice, I promise I'm not always like this lol

Brought the car a couple of weeks ago and the last few days I have noticed a problem that has me baffled and am hoping its a common easy fix on the Celica

When I get in the car its fine, I drive for about a mile and it gives a feeling that you have a flat tyre, steering wobble etc, No noises, knocks or grinding etc, pull over, then pull back off and its gone, no wobble nothing and it wont do it again!

Its happened literally 4 times in 2 weeks, it might go a couple of days without doing it and when it does happen simply pull over and then pull off and 99.9% of the time it will be fine again

Any ideas?

Drove it this morning after it had stood for at least 12hrs, drove roughly 20miles and it was fine, jacked it up, no movement in any wheels etc

Going take it in sometime this week try get to the bottom of it as I'm lost as what it could be

I took advice from a friend (who owns a Celica Gen 7) before I bought my Gen 7 and he says they seem particularly fussy about tyres. He had a similar problem which turned out to be a faulty tyre. Inspect the side walls carefully to see if there is any distortion from what would be considered normal. Dont forget the inner side wall. My mate only noticed his problem when he swapped the rears to the front. Perhaps you could try swapping fronts to rear and see if the problem still occurrs. Good Luck.
