For a bolt on upgrade and if you are running standard internals i hear the s148 is quite popular and you can get very good power out of it. I'm not sure where you buy it though thats the thing. EBC is very good piece of kit, 9 times out of 10 any serious modder will be using one, it can display and control the boost very efficiently over a manual one. However the manual boost controller is much cheaper, i ran one for a while with no problems, just set it to a certain boost and away i went, was well worth 20 quid.

Turbo Technics sell the s148, however you will need a mappable ecu and larger injectors to run one.

The stock CT20 is good for around 320-330bhp, whats your aim on power??

Looking for about 350 feels like i have an air leak and boost is very brief,)after dump valve whoosh i get another sound like air escaping) i see you can get a T3/4 conversion plate wonder if any one has done this

yeah sure its been done.

most owners running garrett turbo use an adapter plate with the stock exhaust manifold:

...the other choice is to buy a full race manifold from the USA $$$$

# plus as previously advised, you will need after market reprogrammable engine management
