On a japanese site ,..I've seen a starlet with a lowered steer. How do they do this?

The whole steer column just go down somehow like 20mm or 40mm .

on some cars, u get an adjustable steering column, maybe the jap models have an adjustable steering colmn, my old carina had one, or maybe he swapped the column with one off a corolla or something

my glanza has one,it on the lefthand side down by your knee :thumbsup:

on the glanza it seems to be standard kit...
