Dash Pod Bulbs Query

HI,

Thinking of changing the light bulbs on my dash pod from boring green to red...does anyone know what type of bulb it takes? and maybe how many i would need to do the job? Please let me know.

Just some thoughts about your red dashboard lights.

Wich colour do you have on the needles on the guages, colour of the numbers and letters on the dash? Will those things still be visible when you have changed to red light?

Will you be able to observe when the warning lights goes on on the dashboard if all lights are red?

Sometimes the car manufactor has choosen the colours so you will be able to see the needle on the speedometer when it is dark etc...

Do what ive just done and get on eBay and grab yourself a haynes manual there is a step by step guide to changing every bulb also there are red bulbs on eBay for the avensis be advised there is more than one bulb type in the dash there are two sizes in the speedo alone
