Egr Valve

Hi, my Auris T180 has been driving poorly lately and i finally got it into toyota yesterday and the verdict was that it needed a new EGR valve.I had this problem with my previous car a Mondeo ST but this leaded to the injectors being replaced, can anyone tell if the injectors in the auris could be affected by this valve as my warrenty runs out next month and i dont to land myself a huge bill.

I would get the dealer to check them out when they change the ERG valve. Better safe than sorry.

Hi, i work in a dealership and we have to replace the egr valves now and again. from all the models i have replaced, i have never experienced egr valves causing the injectors to go faulty so i wouldnt worry
