driving along at 60mph suddenly their was this really loud vibration from below the car for about 1min it sounds if it comes off the camshaft any ideas

driving along motorway put foot on accelerator touching 60mph this loud noise sounds like the exhaust has a hole in it. happened once or twice now the car is not losing power when this happens it
