Absolutely brilliant & true :thumbsup:

Another case of crass stupidity was in the papers here. During a gale an Ash tree fell on an unfortunate motorist, trapping him in his car with serious head injuries.

The Firebrigade & Ambulance arrived asap, BUT the Firemen had to spend over an hour trying to lift the tree off the car :angry:

Why ? Coz the bye laws of that particular County forbid the use of chain saws after 5 pm because it is dangerous :disgust: They DID have the chain saws in the engine, as a matter of course.

The unfortunate occupant is in Hospital in an extremely critical condition
