Fuses...

One of the warning lights on my instrument has gone. I took out the instrument panel, changed the bulb and tested it in other slots to make sure it works. It does work in other slots but not in the slot where the bulb has gone (if that makes sense). Some people say it could be the wiring and other people say it may be a fuse.

Does anyone know if the 2000 reg Mrk. 1 Yaris comes with a fuse puller tweezer thingy (brilliant use of scientific terms eh?) or not? If so, where can it be found and if not, where can I buy one?

I would go out and look but its too cold and dark to see and do anything. Any help would be appreciated :D.

It should be in the fuse box under the bonnet. It actually looks like a fuse itself iirc.

I doubt very much that the warning light is fused seperately, I would check that there are no broken circuit tracks on the instrument panel (working your way from the lamp holder as far as you can)and also check the the ribbon cable is intatact. If no joy there then check for bad connections at the multi-plugs.
