Hi all,

I know this has been raised before but thought I would start a new thread to highlight that it has happened again!

Yesterday driving my T180 on a motorway all 3 warnings came on and the car did seem to be down on power.

They lasted 60 miles and only after I had turned the engine off to report it to my dealer did they clear!

Only 30,000 miles on this 2006 model and it is going in for a "diagnostic" check tomorrow.

Is it down to the EGR sensor and should I look for that code on the diagnostics??

Many thanks and sorry for starting a new thread....

Its the EGR valve clogged up. If your dealer won't do it under warranty (supposed to be extended) do it yourself. Its dead easy and we can find you some photos.

Hi, I agree with Anchorman it will be the EGR. I had my 2007 Model back at the dealers who cleaned it out twice. Its since been replaced and has not caused problems since.

Thanks guys, guess I'll just get the carb cleaner out but also glad it isnt some nasty Toyota bug in there!! Always good to be armed with the info...

Cheers
