I've been looking for some windshield washer tablets for my screen wash and coincidentally came across this:

It claims to improve economy and performance and all sorts of nice things but before I buy it I'd like to know if it actually works? Has anyone tried it and what would you guys recommend?

I thought it sounded a bit silly. A lot of stuff on speeding.co.uk does seem to be accessories that are often simply that or don't do anything. What can I buy to improve economy, performance and overall efficency?

I've got a 1 litre X reg. God knows what mileage I'm getting, never checked but it doesn't seem too bad...

You can start by calculating your MPG so you get a base line figure, then go from there.

In my view Ecotek is a con...Been around for years...no independent tests...

If you do a search on here for ecotek should bring up plenty of answers, as i think 1 or 2 did fit them to their yaris.

Basically yes, don't get one... but if you want a better explanation then read those. it's to do with the yaris learning ECU.
