Dashboard Back Light

I have figured out how to dim the dashboard lights when head lights are on. On t-Spirit there is this yukky orangie/yellow optosomething backlight, wehich i find a little too bright for my eye.

Is there a way of dimming these for daylight/lights off use?

good point, it can be rather bright sometimes. I'm not aware of any tricks to dim the backlight when the lights are not on. How about switching your lights on to sidelights only? Its what I do when I'm fed up of the bright orange!

So do I, but then the satnav readout get s a little to dim :(

I will ring up dealer as I have to ask them something, and ask.

Knowledgeable (sp) contact at local dealer does not think it can be done. Case closed.
